Dr. Sumit Jain Sethia is Serving as Visiting consultant in Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy & Sports injury. After pursuing MBBS degree, he has completed his Masters in Orthopaedic surgery from Government Medical College Bhavnagar and Diploma in Orthopaedics from Government medical college, Kolkata. Following this he did senior residency and Assistant Professor in Govt Medical College Bhavnagar. Later he pursued Fellowship in the field of arthroscopy and sports medicine from different sports injury centre. He is one of the best orthopedics doctor in howrah.

From very beginning, he had keen interest in Arthroscopy & Ligament injuries. He was trained for Arthroscopy under Mentor Dr Ujjval Deliwala, senior arthroscopy surgeon in Bhavnagar (Gujrat). Following this he got opportunity to work under Senior Consultant Dr. Abhay Narvekar in Mumbai at various reputed hospitals including Hinduja, Global Hospital, Breech candy hospitals and got vast exposure at very early stage. Later he was trained in primary Knee Replacement surgery and Robotics Knee Replacement Under Dr Milind Patil in Mumbai.

He has done many scientific presentations at regional and national level including Gujarat Orthopaedic Association (GOA) & Indian Arthroscopy Society (IAS) conference and got many prizes too. At last, he was honoured with the most Prestigious award as “Young ISAKOS Scholar” by International society for Arthroscopy knee surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Boston, USA 2023.

The doctor with his experience has been practicing for a substantial number of years and dealing with variety of Musculoskeletal problems. He is an expert in diagnosis of Joint problems and Ligament injuries.
